Other concerning incidents in the public record.

This would not be the first time Fraser has broken the law.

Fraser was previously cited for trespassing and vandalism on multiple occasions and fleeing law enforcement

On six separate occasions in March 2022, during the course of an investigation into vandalism that had been occurring in Foothills Nature Preserve, Fraser was documented on a trail camera removing (and in some instances, damaging) a sign and barricade and trespassing in a closed restoration area in the preserve.

During Fraser’s 6th documented occasion of trespassing on March 17th, 2023, Fraser, upon being hailed by a Park Ranger, failed to yield and instead took off running at a full sprint to his car, violating California Penal Code Section 148.

On April 1st, 2022, Fraser was issued citations for 3 of his 6 documented instances of vandalism and trespassing in the preserve. He freely admitted to having fled from the Park Ranger. He also freely admitted to having vandalized the signage and barricade on March 17th, 2022 and having done so on numerous other occasions as well. His behavior was amicable, but not remorseful.
